BOLE Intelligent Machinery unveils innovative injection molding solutions at CHINAPLAS 2026
CHINAPLAS 2026 will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Hongqiao, Shanghai from April 21 to 24, 2026. BOLE Intelligent Machinery will participate with multiple innovative injection molding technologies and solutions at Booth 5.1C52, presenting its cutting-edge achievements in injection molding technology.
The core exhibits on display will cover a range of key equipment and solutions:
First, the EVOlution hybrid intelligent injection molding machine (model BL200EKW). Compared with peers under the same conditions, it delivers 1%–3% higher production capacity, an injection speed increased by over 50%, and a molding cycle shortened by 20%–30%. It features easy parameter adjustment, 30% higher precision, less flash on molded parts, a higher qualification rate, and up to 30% electricity cost savings.

Second, the DK two-platen injection molding machine for in-line compounding injection molding (LFT-D-IM). It saves 10 processing procedures, reduces energy consumption and improves efficiency. The fiber length is tripled compared with conventional long fiber pellet injection molding, and material costs are cut by one-third.

Third, the BL300MTX magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machine adopts three-platen clamping technology, high-weight thick-walled part pressure boosting technology, and long flow ratio large thin-walled part hot runner technology, resulting in a short molding cycle.
