High-end fluororesins must combine ultra-low temperature resilience, strong corrosion resistance, low permeability, ease of processing, and the ability to meet demanding application requirements—this is a common challenge for many high-end manufacturers. DSP Chemical has focused its R&D efforts on fluororesin technology, developing its proprietary DFLON® PCTFE fluororesin to overcome the trade-offs often seen in high-performance materials and reduce reliance on imports.

Technical Strengths: Extreme Performance for Demanding Applications
DSP Chemical’s core strength lies in its self-developed PCTFE fluororesin product line, which delivers excellent ultra-low temperature toughness, corrosion resistance, low permeability, and high mechanical strength—addressing issues such as poor sealing, premature aging, and insufficient strength under low-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

✅ Excellent Ultra-Low Temperature Performance: Superior low-temperature toughness and cold flow characteristics make it an ideal sealing material for cryogenic and high-pressure applications, including LNG and aerospace.

✅ Strong Permeation Resistance and Anti-Corrosion: Resists gas, liquid, and moisture permeation, and withstands various chemical media, making it suitable for anti-corrosion sealing in petrochemical and electrolytic cell applications.

✅ High Mechanical Strength: Tensile strength ranges from 50 to 85 MPa, with elongation between 130% and 230%; products exhibit high strength, deformation resistance, and stable performance.

✅ Good Processability: Available in powder form, compatible with molding, extrusion, injection molding, and cast or blown film processes to meet diverse product requirements.

With its comprehensive performance advantages, DSP Chemical’s PCTFE fluororesin is a preferred material for extreme conditions in high-end applications.

Product Portfolio: Multi-Grade Customization for Various Processing Needs
DSP Chemical offers three main series—MPC-10, MPC-50, and MPC-90—covering a range of PCTFE grades tailored to different processing methods. The MPC-10 series (MFR < 1) is suitable for molding and extrusion to produce sheets, rods, and seals for petrochemical and LNG applications. The MPC-50 series (MFR 5–7) is designed for injection molding of low-temperature valves and precision semiconductor components. The MPC-90P series (MFR 15–25) supports cast and blown film processes to produce high-clarity, low-permeability films. All grades offer stable specifications and can be customized to meet specific customer processes and application needs. Products are packaged in 25 kg plastic drums to ensure safe and convenient transport and storage.
