ExxonMobil: Sustainable packaging solutions
ExxonMobil will demonstrate how its packaging solutions advance a more circular economy in terms of packaging minimization, packaging designed for recyclability, packaging with mechanical recycled content, and advanced recycling.
For packaging minimization, ExxonMobil will showcase the mono-material HFFS pouch for cheese packaging with 60% material reduction, non-laminated MDO PE freezer pouch that performs in demanding conditions, high flow Exceed PP for thin wall injection molding, and high-performance heavy duty sack with downgauging opportunity.
Packaging with mechanically recycled content will be presented, including hygiene compression packaging with high post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, detergent bottles with 50% PCR content, downgauged valve bags with up to 50% PCR content, and high-performance stretch hood films with up to 35% household-soured PCR content.
KHS: KHS SUPREME PET bottle
KHS will present KHS SUPREME PET bottle, which combines the benefits of glass with the handle-ability of PET by applying Plasmax barrier technology, for product protection of oxygen-sensitive beverages, such as tea.

Plasmax barrier technology is a wafer-thin, transparent layer of silicon oxide that coats the inside wall of PET bottles like glass. Less than 100 nanometers thick, it reliably protects the sensitive bottle content from oxidation, retaining its taste, color and quality for lengthy periods of time. This helps to make the product last up to ten times longer.
Besides its technical precision, another major advantage of Plasmax technology is that it is completely recyclable. The glass coating is removed by caustic during the recycling process without affecting the quality of the material. Unlike chemical scavenger technologies that make recycling more difficult, here, the purity of the separated PET is maintained.
EyeC: Proofreading and inspection technologies
EyeC will present the new Proofiler Graphic Connect, the latest generation of cloud-based artwork proofreading software, that automatically compares print-ready files or step-and-repeat files with approved print templates for graphic arts industry and packaging production.

Another focus is the AI-based inline inspection for the ProofRunner product line. The AI technology will be demonstrated live on the modular EyeC ProofRunner Web Evo, installed on a Bobcat BRM from French machine manufacturer DCM. The system enables ultra-fast, 100% inline inspection of labels and flexible packaging up to 600 mm web width.
Henkel: Adhesives and coatings for sustainable packaging
Henkel will highlight adhesives and coatings for sustainable packaging that meet demanding performance requirements and ensure compliance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Technomelt Supra 130 Cool, a hot melt adhesive widely used in carton, tray, and folding box applications, enables a minimum 20% CO2 footprint reduction while maintaining consistently high quality.
For flexible packaging, Loctite Liofol LA 7837 / LA 6265, a solvent-free adhesive system for applications exposed to high thermal stress, such as pet food retort pouches, microwaveable products, and pharmaceutical packaging, will be showcased.
Bekum: Packaging solutions for demanding sectors
Bekum will focus on applications where product protection, process stability and material performance are mission critical – ranging from pharmaceutical cleanroom applications to PET handle bottle and large industrial packaging for sensitive media.
As a technology leader for demanding PET extrusion blow molding applications, Bekum presents crystal-clear handle bottles manufactured from 100% recyclable PET. In this segment, transparency, ergonomics and design flexibility are key performance factors. Typical applications include food-related applications, household cleaners, and laundry and home care products.
In the field of industrial packaging, Bekum covers a broad portfolio, from jerrycans and drums to IBC components.
