At CHINAPLAS 2026, ST will showcase its IBC ton-bucket molds, which feature an optimised water channel design that significantly improves cooling efficiency and thus enhances production throughput. Visitors can also gain deeper insights via video presentations of China's first continuous extrusion production line and its 6-layer co-extrusion equipment. The former breaks away from traditional production models and supports the use of up to 70% recycled content, contributing to cost efficiency and the circular economy. The latter incorporates advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology, accommodating up to 30% recycled material while optimising product structure and performance to meet high-end and customised production needs.
In addition, a team of senior experts from ST will be present at the booth to provide one-on-one professional consultations. Addressing production pain points for customers across various industries and scales, the team will develop tailored solutions covering equipment selection, process optimization and production line planning to precisely meet diverse manufacturing requirements.
ST noted that CHINAPLAS 2026 serves as an important platform to showcase its core technologies and product strengths, as well as an opportunity to exchange ideas and collaborate with industry peers worldwide.
Looking ahead, ST will continue to drive innovation as its core engine, further advancing the R&D and manufacturing of plastics and rubber equipment. The company aims to introduce more high-end equipment and solutions aligned with industry development trends, promoting the sector's move toward greater intelligence, sustainability, and premium quality.
