This new entry-level model is specifically designed for economical and straightforward entry into X-ray inspection, without compromising on reliable product control and modern technology.

Compact design

The RAYCON EX2 combines powerful inspection technology with a space-saving design. With an overall length of just 800 millimeters, the system can be easily integrated into existing production lines, making it ideal for companies with limited installation space or retrofit projects.

Efficient operation for quality control

Beyond reliably detecting metallic and non-metallic foreign bodies, the RAYCON EX2 enhances quality control throughout the entire production line. The system identifies missing, damaged, or deformed products, helping to reduce waste, prevent complaints, and significantly boost product safety.

RAYCON EX2 meets the demands of modern food production with

• Detection accuracy starting at 0.6 mm

• High-resolution 0.4-mm detector

• 100-watt X-ray source

• Throughput of up to 1,000 products per minute

• Conveyor speeds of up to 1.4 m/s

Quick start with Auto-Learn

The new system also features the intelligent Auto-Learn function. New products can be automatically configured with just five sample items in under two minutes.

The system independently handles the necessary filter settings, significantly reducing setup time and making operation exceptionally easy and intuitive, even for users without extensive X-ray experience.

The RAYCON EX2 delivers a future-ready solution, combining cutting-edge X-ray technology with user-friendly operation, a compact design, and attractive investment costs.
