Tian Hong Hui Feng: Melt filtration that cuts costs by 80–90%

Oct 8, 2026

In plastics recycling, melt filtration is a recurring cost center. Frequent screen changes drive up costs and interrupt production continuity. Tian Hong Hui Feng has built its business around cutting that cost directly — by 80–90%, according to the company.

The TX650-S screen changer

Tian Hong Hui Feng's core product is the TX650-S dual-station screenless melt laser filter. The system runs at 2,000 kg/h capacity with filtration precision of 60 μm (250 mesh), a maintenance interval above 30 days, and fully automatic non-stop production. A Turkish customer reported four months of continuous operation without failure. The company states this exceeds typical industry performance.

Where the cost reduction comes from

The key component is the filter screen plate. Tian Hong Hui Feng produces its own at RMB 1,800 per set of two. Comparable screens from competitors typically sell for RMB 5,000–8,000 per set, with service life about one-third as long. At one-third to one-quarter the price and three times the service life, the company states annual costs can be reduced by 80–90%.

The pricing capability rests on vertical integration: in-house micro-hole machining equipment (0.15 mm holes at up to 200 holes/second), proprietary heat treatment, and a complete quality-control laboratory. Core components and final testing are all handled in-house.

Certifications and patents

Tian Hong Hui Feng is a national high-tech enterprise with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications (all re-certified) and EU CE certification. The company holds multiple patents covering rotary melt filtration, automatic sealing devices, and filter structural design. Its rotary melt filter patent addresses pressure fluctuation during screen changes, keeping it near zero. Design patents for the TX650 series were received in July 2025.

Overseas market

A Turkish exclusive distributor purchased over RMB 12 million last year. A global plastics recycling equipment company entered a partnership with Tian Hong Hui Feng after product trials. Products are sold to Turkey, the US, Italy, Uzbekistan, Southeast Asia, and South America. The company expects overseas sales to exceed domestic sales in 2026.
