Rayfon Est: Complete recycling lines for oily, sand-laden mixed waste plastics

Oct 5, 2026

Clean PET bottles are the easy end of plastics recycling: mature collection chains, straightforward processing, reliable resale. Mixed household plastics, grease-coated takeout containers, sand-laden agricultural film, and packaging with chemical residue sit at the opposite extreme — high impurity loads, difficult cleaning, heavy material loss, and processing costs that leave little margin.

Equipment makers avoid these streams and recyclers decline them. Most recycling equipment is developed around clean, stable feedstock; on contaminated, mixed input, blade wear accelerates, decontamination and washing become unstable, material loss rises, and product quality falls.

Rayfon Est has focused on fine-grained solid-waste processing for over 17 years. Rather than avoid difficult feedstock, it works from the real conditions of complex input, delivering integrated solutions across process planning, equipment manufacturing, installation, and operator training.

Complete lines by material

‧ PET bottles: mechanical or steam delabeling, then crushing, cap sorting, cold washing, steam hot washing, flotation rinsing, dewatering, drying, fine secondary crushing, and impurity sorting to baled recycled flake. Process flow, plant layout, and wastewater recirculation are designed per project.

‧ PP food containers: dedicated hot-wash equipment performs deep degreasing and immersive deodorizing at low energy use and low fines loss; the pellets feed thermoforming, injection molding, and fiber spinning.

‧ HDPE small hollow-ware and PP household mixed plastics: unpacking, crushing, decontamination, deep hot washing, dewatering, fine purification, and bagging, built around the company's own immersive continuous hot-wash machine and scraper-type separation tank. Silicone separation, density sorting, and material and color sorting yield feedstock that compounding plants can use directly for blow molding and corrugated pipe extrusion.

‧ PE film, PP woven bags, and PA airbag fabric: a modular line for crushing, washing, decontamination, dewatering, and drying, with a sand-removal system exceeding 99% and multi-stage sorting. The company states more than ten standardized configurations can cut operating costs by 20%.

Local adaptation

The decisive variable is not whether a process exists, but whether it fits the local feedstock: northern film carries more sand, southern woven bags more complex impurities, and urban containers more grease and odor.

Rayfon Est therefore runs an integrated research, production, sales, and service model rather than equipment sales alone. Feedstock, capacity, and finished-product targets are assessed and the process flow and plant layout designed before a project; the line is manufactured and delivered during it; on-site commissioning and operator training follow. Field problems feed back into R&D, driving the next round of equipment and process upgrades.

Domestic and overseas projects

‧ Hangzhou, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Jiangxi: soft woven-bag and ton-bag lines run in regular production. For high-sand feedstock, pre-sand removal and multi-stage sorting raise finished purity.

‧ Domestic recycling plants: PET flake, PP container, and HDPE hollow-ware lines run in continuous production.

‧ Malaysia: woven-bag and ton-bag lines are installed and in production.

Patents and delivery model

Rayfon Est and its affiliates hold multiple utility patents covering core equipment structures across the recycling process — film washing, dewatering, hot washing, and crushing. Each corresponds to a problem encountered in a real project, with on-site solutions standardized into equipment technology.

The company reports more than 3,000 cooperating customers and also supplies equipment for HW49/HW08/HW04 hazardous-waste packaging disposal and medical infusion bottle and bag recycling.
