OUKE: One shredder platform for lithium battery, wind blade, and mixed waste
Solid waste is complex, hard, and abrasive. Standard shredders wear out fast, use high energy, and stop often — leaving downstream recyclers with inconsistent feedstock.
OUKE builds shredders that handle multiple material types on one platform: traditional solid waste, retired lithium batteries, and wind turbine blade composites. The company treats shredding as a controlled materials-preparation process, producing "standard feedstock" that downstream equipment can accept directly.

One platform, multiple materials
OUKE's shredders handle traditional streams — metallurgy, cardboard, rubber, chemicals — plus two harder ones: retired lithium batteries and wind turbine blade composites.
For lithium batteries, the company developed a high-torque shredding system with specialty tooling and an intelligent explosion-proof control system.
For wind blades, OUKE developed a heavy-duty anti-winding shear shredding system for large glass- and carbon-fiber composites, producing uniform recycled fiber granules. Two deployment modes — fixed line and mobile on-site processing — reduce the cost of transporting large blades.

Self-developed blades
OUKE's base in Bowang Town, Anhui — a cluster of 2,000+ blade and machine-tool companies — gives it a full heat-treatment and assembly supply chain nearby.
The company controls alloy composition, blade geometry, machining, and heat treatment in-house, then customizes wear-, impact-, and corrosion-resistant sets for each material type. Matching blades to machine parameters improves crushing efficiency and output uniformity while cutting maintenance and parts costs.
The machine structure targets the common failure modes: blade jamming, material winding, overload, and uneven particle size.
Certifications and installations
OUKE's lithium battery explosion-proof lines hold EU CE, EMC, and RoHS certifications. Complete lines are installed in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, including 10,000-ton-scale projects in Southeast Asia with recovery rates above 98%.
OUKE states its equipment costs over 40% less than comparable European or American imports, with 30% lower operating costs.
