WITTMANN TEMI Next Manufacturing Execution System makes debut at Fakuma 2026

Oct 23, 2026

At Fakuma 2026, the WITTMANN Group debuted TEMI Next. In three key areas, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) sets a new benchmark: TEMI Next optimally supports the use of artificial intelligence, maps the entirety of all processes in the production facility, and—for the first time—is offered on a subscription basis.

WITTMANN’s TEMI Next made a world premiere at Fakuma 2026.

All production processes in a unified model

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a key technology when it comes to boosting profitability and competitiveness. However, its success stands or falls with the quality of the underlying data.

That is precisely why TEMI Next was not simply enhanced with AI functions, but rather developed from the ground up to optimally meet the requirements of current and future AI applications. In this way, TEMI Next delivers reliable KPIs that truly reflect actual operating conditions.

This is made possible by the fact that TEMI Next maps not only injection molding but all production processes in a unified model.

While injection molding machines from a wide variety of brands could already be integrated into the previous version via Euromap interfaces and OPC UA, the number of supported protocols has increased significantly. TEMI Next now also integrates assembly processes, filling and packaging systems, and other components from a wide variety of suppliers.

Integrated energy management

Another unique selling point is the integrated energy management system. The energy module of the iMAGOxt consumption management software—also developed by WITTMANN Group—is an integral part of TEMI Next, enabling the calculation of energy consumption and CO2 emissions, for example, per machine, per part, or per lot.

Energy consumption is a key efficiency parameter. TEMI Next records and evaluates it alongside the process and quality data from all individual process components. The result is a comprehensive overview of production costs, from which unit costs can be calculated with a high degree of accuracy.

Intuitive user interface

TEMI Next can be easily integrated into existing enterprise systems and connected to ERP systems such as SAP or Odoo.

In addition to technological capabilities, user-friendliness was a key focus during development. At Fakuma 2026, TEMI Next was showcased with a completely redesigned user interface and role-based views. Users work with real-time data at all times without having to actively refresh the page.

The system also offers intuitive processes, clear user guidance, and supports multiple languages, making it more user friendly especially for new users and international teams.

Lower investment costs

With TEMI Next, WITTMANN was introducing a new business model at Fakuma 2026. For the first time, the platform will be offered as Software as a Service (SaaS) via a subscription. This reduces investment costs. In addition, users are guaranteed to always be working with the latest software version.

Updates, maintenance, and enhancements are handled centrally and are immediately available. Since there is no need for on-site installation or local maintenance, the workload for the in-house IT department is reduced. Another advantage is easy scalability as operational requirements change.
