The new ALLrollEX 1500 SV (Smart Version) joins the ALLrollEX 1500 HP (High Performance), the established version of our flagship stretch film extrusion line, engineered for maximum output and considered the benchmark for the category. Together, the two configurations offer manufacturers different solutions to match their production targets and investment priorities.
Both ALLrollEX 1500 versions integrate MASTERMIND, the COLINEX AI-powered Virtual Production Assistant. It monitors the production process and helps operators optimize processing parameters, contributing to reduced waste, faster start-ups and fewer manual adjustments.
Both versions of ALLrollEX 1500 are available for upgrade for the in-line production of 2’’ and 3’’ coreless reels.
