Tederic's NEO · E160II electric injection molding machine produces a cup holder with three PC-ASA cups as part of an automated production cell. The cup holder design can be customized according to customer needs to meet different usage scenarios and aesthetic needs.

It is worth noting that the machine is equipped with a 3+1 hot runner series mold, which features a pneumatic 4-way needle gate system and dynamic heat injection mold temperature control, which makes the product surface smoother, the weld line is no longer visible, and unnecessary secondary processing is avoided.

Meanwhile, the NEO · E60II electric machine produces a prototype part from the common PP raw material, using a mold produced during 3D printing process. With this approach, the production no longer relies on traditional tools.
