德国汽车零部件业:裁员潮下的阴霾与挑战

欧洲汽车供应商协会(CLEPA)于近期发布的研究显示,自2020年新冠疫情危机以来,欧洲汽车供应商行业正经历最为严重的裁员风波,已裁减近86,000个工作岗位。


尽管早期预测显示,到2025年该行业将新增约100,000个就业岗位,但CLEPA的报告却指出,实际上该行业已净减少近56,000个职位


需求下滑、生产成本上升以及对新技术投资的犹豫,是导致这一局面的主要原因。CLEPA警告称,该行业就业的最严峻挑战尚未到来。
