Automotive Composites Conference & Exhibition (ACCE)

Sponsored jointly by the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE)’s Automotive and Composites Divisions, the annual Automotive Composites Conference & Exhibition (ACCE) will be held in Detroit, the US from September 7-9.

 

Now in its 16th year, the event is designed to educate and update automotive design and production engineers, sales personnel, and management from transportation OEMs and Tier suppliers about the benefits and expanding importance of thermoset and thermoplastic composites in passenger vehicles, light trucks, and other ground transportation applications.

 

This year’s theme is “Innovations in Automotive Composites: from Motor City to the World”, announced the organizer, who is expecting over 1,000 exhibitors, speakers and attendees from 15 countries and regions.

 

Based on the continued growth of the SPE ACCE, it’s an exciting time to be involved in automotive composites,” noted Rani Richardson, Composites & Additive Manufacturing Business Experience Consultant, Dassault Systèmes and 2016 SPE ACCE Event Chair.
