Tederic’s first large-scale automotive lighting project in Thailand.

Designed to support the production of automotive lighting components, the project covers multiple injection molding machines, automation equipment, and plant equipment layout planning, bringing these elements together in a one-stop solution.

Integrated solution from equipment to layout

To meet the production requirements of lighting components, lamp lenses, and thick-walled parts, Tederic configured a range of machines with different clamping forces and technologies, including NEO·Mv multi-component and NEO·H two-platen injection molding machines.

The combination of machine types and molding processes addresses the needs of different lighting components, with each machine serving a defined role within the overall solution.

Automation was also included in the overall plan. Based on the customer's requirements, Tederic paired the injection molding machines with robots, conveyors, and other supporting equipment.

Production flow and the connections between molding equipment and automation were considered together, creating an integrated solution for injection molding and associated operations.

By bringing injection molding equipment, plant layout, and automation into a single plan, Tederic translated its one-stop approach into specific machine combinations, layout arrangements, and supporting equipment configurations.

All-round support for overseas customers

Tederic has provided one-stop automotive lighting injection molding solutions to multiple vehicle manufacturers and leading automotive component suppliers.

Overseas project delivery requires coordinated planning across multiple machines and supporting systems. Tederic's experience in large-scale overseas projects enables it to coordinate equipment, layout, and automation, connecting solution planning with project implementation and providing comprehensive delivery support.

The Varroc Thailand project brings together Tederic's automotive lighting application experience and overseas project delivery capabilities. It also provides practical experience for future overseas projects requiring one-stop delivery.

Tederic will continue to develop its automotive lighting applications, integrated solutions, and overseas delivery services, providing more customers with injection molding solutions tailored to their production needs.
