Inaugural swop - Shanghai World of Packaging coming in November
FoodPex 2015, part of the newly launched swop - Shanghai World of Packaging, organized by Messe Düsseldorf Shanghai Co. Ltd, China Center for Food and Drug International Exchange (CCFDIE), and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, will take place in Shanghai, China from November 17-20.
Along with the three concurrent fairs, PacPro Asia, CHINA-PHARM and BulkPex, FoodPex will present all stages of packaging value added chain and related processing segments (packaging materials production, package printing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging, food processing and packaging, bulk and outer packaging).
Along with the recent implementation of the stringent “Food Safety Law” in China, the food processing and packaging industry is compelled to upgrade its equipment by investing in advanced technologies.
Not only concentrating on packaging solutions for food and beverage industry, the show also touches on latest Chinese Governments regulations and policies.
To better accommodate the “green” buyer’s needs, sustainable packaging technology and machinery could be found in abundance in swop.
Food Safety technologies couple with food packaging and processing machinery and accessories, food preservation equipment, testing & measuring equipment as well as waste disposal and sanitation will also be presented in FoodPex.
In addition, swop will be coordinating with renowned media and associations to host China International Food Convention to uncover the latest industry trends and technologies.
The production and process of packaging materials (plastics, paper, glass, metal, etc), package printing and processing technology will be covered by the concurrent event PacPro Asia; pharmaceutical and cosmetics processing and packaging at CHINA-PHARM; food processing and packaging technology at FoodPex; as well as bulk and outer packaging solutions at BulkPex.
