Dec 1, 2008
C.I. Kasei Co., a Japanese plastics material provider, has reportedly decided to build its third plant in China which will produce synthetic resin that prevents rust in welded autoparts.
The company, despite unfavorable economic climate, considers the auto production will be rising in medium to long term.
Expected to be on stream in February next year, the factory with production capacity of 3,000 tons can cater some 400,000 passenger vehicles. Most of them will be supplied to Japanese auto manufacturers based in Southern China.
