All latest-generation SACMI solutions are equipped with advanced in-line controls that ensure total product and process quality control. New features make line management easier from a preventive and predictive maintenance perspective.



Thanks to unmatched manufacturing technology, SACMI provides dedicated solutions that reduce the process's environmental footprint while boosting its efficiency.


With over 1,000 cap designs supplied to the global industry's primary converters in recent years, SACMI has taken the industry's evolution - from lightweight to tethered caps - into the future.



All solutions are developed and pre-tested in the SACMI Laboratory as per strict guidelines approved and certified by the leading international brand owners.


The advantages including pellet insertion is consistently controlled and detection of incorrect resin loading, that is, PELLET INSERTION IS CONSISTENTLY CONTROLLED.


CCM automation provides a graphical representation of the inserted pellet positions, measuring them for accuracy. The automation provides statistics based on the behavior of each inserting device.


The HW and SW which provide this graphic representation are part of a Premium Features Package that includes additional set of devices for monitoring the hydraulic system, the temperature control system and the product (i.e. the closure).



DETECTION OF INCORRECT RESIN LOADING


SACMI compression molders can detect the loading of an incorrect resin.

Detection sensitivity allows the unit to distinguish among HDPE and bimodal resins; however, a meaningful rheological difference is necessary in order to carry out this detection successfully.
