MATERI’ACT Dallas, a joint venture of MATERI’ACT and PCR Recycling, will accelerate the development and delivery of recycled compounds for sustainable automotive products in North America.

MATERI’ACT and PCR Recycling set up joint venture in North America.
MATERI’ACT Dallas’ mission is to secure local and long-term feedstock of post-consumer recycled plastics and to produce recycled polymers to meet the growing needs of the automotive industry in North America.
The newly formed company will collect feedstocks, recycle, refine, formulate and compound to supply recycled polymers that meet the stringent requirement in automotive industry.
The joint venture combines the strength of two partners – PCR Recycling brings its capacities in feedstock access and recycling while MATERI’ACT brings its expertise in refining, adaptive formulations, compounding and post processing capabilities.
The recycled plastics can be applied in a wide range of automotive products, including instrument and door panels, center consoles and other parts. They can also be used in various non-automotive industries.
