INEOS Styrolution’s mechanically recycled ABS used for mobile system case
INEOS Styrolution’s Terluran ECO GP-22 MR70, a mechanically recycled ABS, was chosen for a new mobile system case from TANOS, a global supplier of innovative and comprehensive storage management and transportation solutions.

New mobile system case “Systainer Eco M 187” from TANOS.
Terluran ECO GP-22 MR70 is a mechanical post-consumer recycling (PCR) grade, with a PCR content of 70%. It offers a significantly reduced CO2 footprint of 47% with product properties are on par with conventionally produced Terluran GP-22.
In addition, its drop-in characteristic requires no further conversion investments in the molding process.
TANOS’ conventional systainer is already made of pure ABS material and therefore, 99% recyclable. Its new mobile system case – Systainer Eco M 187 – continues the quality promise of the systainer product family. It is extremely robust and durable, as well as sustainable.
“This means that it not only has the same good product properties as the tried and tested ABS but is also greener in the best sense of the word,” concluded Klaus-Martin Berstecher, Managing Director at TANOS.
