Moretto to showcase wide range of processing equipment at Fakuma
Moretto will exhibit its wide product range, which aligns with the themes “digitalization, process automation and energy efficiency” and characterizes advanced technology and performance, at Fakuma 2024.
For the first time, Moretto will show its new grinder HYPER CUT – a starve feeding granulator suitable for grinding waste pieces, sprues and blown parts with 15 movable blades. The engine power is transferred on a single mobile blade and three standard fixed blades increasing productivity while reducing consumptions.
For drying solutions, Moretto will display the revolutionary OTX (Original Thermal eXchanger) hopper, the compact fully electric X COMB dryer, and the innovative MOISTURE METER analyzer for measuring in real time the residual moisture content of plastic granules, eliminating the need for offline sampling.

For blending processes, Moretto will present the recently renewed range of DGM GRAVIX, a cutting-edge gravimetric dosing unit. The recent renewal includes improvements in the digital part, as well as the introduction of a new micro-dosing model (DGM GRAVIX 20).

Furthermore, Moretto will exhibit DOLPHIN, the exclusive automatic manifold for material-machine allocation in plastics conveying plants, as well as the storage line SILCONTROL system, which is designed and developed to control the loading of plastic granules into storage silos.
All these solutions can be perfectly integrated with MOWIS, a supervision and management system entirely developed in-house by Moretto. It allows connectivity between machines, processes, departments, plants and factories. A demo version will be available at the fair for testing the main features and benefits.
