At Fakuma 2024, Chinese machine manufacturer YIZUMI showcases three advanced solutions to visitors, namely UN700D1M, UN165V2CR and SpaceA.

Two-platen multi-component machine
The UN700D1M two-platen multi-component injection molding machine demonstrates thick-wall optical lens production at YIZUMI’s booth.

The solution uses a double-shot table to achieve 6-station one-time molding technology. While ensuring the transparency of the product, the maximum thickness of the product reaches 19.5mm. The molding cycle has been reduced from the original 300s to about 60s, the production efficiency has increased by about 80%.
Besides. a four-axis robot picks up the parts, performs laser cutting of the nozzle, and then performs visual inspection to detect product defects. The automatic water, electricity and gas plug-in system used on the fixed mold side of the machine enables rapid mold change.
Vertical injection molding machine
The UN165V2CR vertical injection molding machine demonstrates automotive connectors production.

The machine provides a more open operating space, can accommodate larger-sized molds, and is more suitable for the needs of automated production lines. Its design of vertical mold clamping and vertical glue injection ensures an efficient and stable production process.
In addition, the design of the ultra-low workbench not only optimizes operational convenience but also improves production safety. The large-diameter turntable further enhances production flexibility to adapt to diverse production needs.
Industrial 3D printer
The SpaceA industrial 3D printer has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, flexible customization and high quality. It adopts a screw extrusion system, which significantly improves production efficiency.
