With an investment of RMB 500 million, the new factory will consist of 55 acre (Chinese) and support annual production capacity of 200 blown film machines. The construction will also be optimized according to the concept of “green like forest” factory.
The new factory will implement the latest green technology and sustainable design, committing to achieve zero carbon emission and low carbon operation. Effects on environment will be greatly reduced through the use of solar panel system, rainwater reuse equipment and high-effective energy management system.
Additionally, the company will massively plant vegetation to build an ecologically friendly working environment.
By integrating internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligent (AI) technology, the new factory will be a highly intelligent production base. Automated production line and intelligent storage system can help significantly increase productivity and product quality, as well as ensuring operation safety and reliability.
With digitalized management platform, the company can monitor each aspect during production at real time, optimizing resource allocation and enhancing overall operation effectiveness.
The new factory will also include an R&D center, equipped with innovative testing equipment and technical team, to further develop technological innovation in blown film machine, build a globally leading production line and fulfil market demand for high-effective blown film equipment.
This expansion not only allow PLASTAR Packaging Machinery to achieve an annual production capacity of 200 blown film machine, enforcing its leading position in the market, but also add economic power to Wenzhou, promoting industrial upgrading and economic development of the city.
