WOTE starts LCP and PEEK production in Chongqing, China

Chongqing Wote Zhicheng New Materials Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WOTE, has officially obtained the “Safety Production License” and started the production of LCP and PEEK resin material.

This commencement marks formal production phase of 20,000-ton annual output LCP resin material project (Phase I and II) and the 1,000-ton annual output PAEK resin material project (Phase I).

With the full release of Chongqing Wote's production capacity, WOTE will achieve an annual LCP resin production capacity of 25,000 tons.

WOTE’s LCP material has completed the transition to independent innovation, building a "synthesis-modification-forming" vertical industrial chain. The product has been selected into the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's substitution catalog, helping leading enterprises to break through the "bottleneck" predicament.

For the PEEK material, it masters the core technology of the entire industrial chain, achieving domestic substitution in cutting-edge fields such as humanoid robot joints, and setting off a wave of "plastic instead of steel" revolution.
