Useon’s proprietary PP extrusion and pelletizing equipment named a key project

Recently, Useon Technology Limited's PP extrusion and pelletizing equipment was named as a key project in Jiangsu Province's "First Set of Major Equipment" initiative, and the company has been recognized as one of the recommended enterprises in Nanjing.

The equipment is currently in use on an extrusion and pelletizing production line at a petrochemical company in China, with a designed annual capacity of 100,000 tons. It was independently designed and manufactured by Useon, which has conducted long-term R&D around core technologies.

In the Chinese polyolefin processing equipment sector, reliance on imported core systems resulted in a lengthy equipment delivery cycle of up to 14 months and high procurement costs. According to Useon, the domestic application of this equipment has shortened the supply cycle to about 10 months.

While meeting technical performance requirements, this advancement also helps customers reduce production lead times and lower procurement costs, with an expected increase in output value of up to RMB 300 million.

Useon is currently commissioning another large-scale compounding unit. This unit is designed to have an annual capacity of 400,000 tons and a main motor power of 13,000 kW. It can produce about 60 tons per hour, meeting the large-scale production needs for downstream PP materials.

Additionally, Useon is also engaged in related technological work in the polyolefin elastomer processing equipment sector, undertaking equipment design and manufacturing tasks for several domestic projects. In some of its equipment, the company has integrated efficient degassing systems to enhance the quality and stability of the processing.
