K 2025: Tederic INNOVA electro-hydraulic IMM to make world debut
At K 2025, Tederic will present a world premiere – the new INNOVA electro-hydraulic injection molding machine (IMM) series for packaging application. Tederic will also present two automated turnkey production cells, producing applications for the automotive industry and the logistic packaging industry on ‘NEO series’ injection molding machines.

At K 2025, Tederic will show its new INNOVA electro-hydraulic injection molding machine series to the world for the first time.
World premiere: INNOVA electro-hydraulic injection molding machine series
INNOVA was developed over four years under the project named “Hurricane”, with the aim to offer plastics processors a high-performance machine enabling them to produce packaging products digitally, efficiently and intelligently. The machine also creates sustainable added value for efficient production.
The new series will expand Tederic Machinery’s machine portfolio globally.
NEO·M1420v and NEO·H1100ultraX: Automated turnkey production cells
Another highlight is the NEO·M1420v multi-component injection molding machine with a vertical rotary table, two parallel injection units and a Tederic robot. Multi-color master technology – MultiMold – is used to produce an automotive exterior application.
The NEO·M series meets all the requirements of fully automated production processes and intelligent, specialized production systems to manufacture multi-color and multi-component products, including real-time monitoring.
The modern, hydromechanical NEO·H1100ultraX two-platen injection molding machine will produce a round polypropylene (PP) pail. The NEO·H1100ultraX hydromechanical two-platen injection molding machine is equipped with high-speed accumulator technology to speed up injection molding processes up to 250 mm/s. Its special high-performance screw secures an increase of the plasticizing capacity by 30 percent compared to standard screws.
