Julong opens its first overseas modified plastic factory in Mexico
Nanjing Julong Science & Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched production at the Vynmsa Industrial Park Phase II in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico.
As Julong's first overseas modified plastic factory, this investment amounts to US$10 million and spans 4,540 square meters. The factory features intelligent extrusion production lines and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes, offering customized materials and rapid testing capabilities with over 400 types of modified plastic products.
Notably, the factory benefits from a strategic location near major international automotive companies such as Stellantis and General Motors, facilitating service to the North American automotive market and enhancing local supply chain responsiveness.

Nanjing Julong Science & Technology Co., Ltd. provides more than 400 modified plastics, including PA66, PA6, PP, LFT, ABS, PBT and PC.
Julong is a leading supplier of nylon materials for China's high-speed rail. The establishment of this factory represents a significant milestone in its globalization strategy, with the goal of increasing the share of overseas revenue, which reached 25.6% in 2024.
In the future, the company will focus on customized production of modified plastics for the automotive, home appliance, and sporting goods sectors to meet international customer demands and enhance global service capabilities.
