At K 2025, WITTMANN will present the new size 120 model of Tempro basic series temperature controller, which has been specially developed for large consumers and contributes to reducing the energy input needed for mold tempering.

The single-circuit temperature controllers for applications up to 120°C operate with radial impeller pumps to enable large-volume flow rates over a wide pressure range. The controllers are equipped with an automatic filling device including pressure monitoring and pressure gauges inside the flow and return pipes. Their self-optimizing micro-processor control system works with an accuracy of ±1°C.

Featuring a high-precision, servo step-motor-controlled proportional valve inside the cooling line, the temperature controller is able to respond even more accurately to fluctuations in the process.

The flow rate is easily adjustable. The ability of the proportional valve to operate without a membrane reduces servicing expenses and lengthens the controller’s life. Its highly accurate regulation also increases the energy efficiency of the application.

A novelty across the entire series is a 3.5"-TFT-LCD color display, which further simplifies the operation of the temperature controllers. It enables a considerably improved overview compared to the previous seven-segment display, as well as intuitive menu navigation.
