First time: WITTMANN to show Drymax dryer with new display at Fakuma

Aug 6, 2026

At the Fakuma 2026, the Drymax basic 120 mobile dryer from WITTMANN will be shown for the first time with a new graphic color display. With this further development, WITTMANN is setting new benchmarks in intuitive menu navigation for its auxiliary equipment.

The new graphic display of the Drymax basic 120 dry air dryer simplifies the operation and control of the drying process.

Saving large amounts of energy

The Drymax basic 120 is laid out for dry air generation of 120 m³/h and granulate throughputs of up to 75 kg/h. To enable continuous provision of process air of high quality for drying, the Drymax basic 120 comes with two desiccant cartridges.

The duration and intensity of temperature-controlled regeneration are based on current demand, to avoid excessive energy consumption. The energy efficiency is increased still further by automatic temperature reduction during machine standstills or adjustment to lower drying demands.

Well prepared for hot weather

Thanks to the SmartCare option, the Drymax basic 120 also operates reliably in regions with high environmental temperatures and frequent high humidity levels. With SmartCare, a lower and more consistent dew point level is reached by adding a minimal quantity of compressed air to the process.

New graphic color display: Easier operation and improved process reliability

The new 3.5" TFT LCD color display provides more clarity, easier operation and improved process reliability.

For the intuitive menu navigation makes setting of the drying parameters extremely easy. This is because all setting options are depicted by symbols in order to break down language barriers. So, international teams can also work effectively with this control system.

The error risk is reduced, which, in view of the increasing skilled labor shortage, is an important decision criterion in choosing auxiliary equipment. All process-relevant parameters as well as the current device status can be viewed at a glance.
