New product launch: Micro precision machine for medical applications

At K 2025, YIZUMI unveils the FF30M Micro Precision Injection Molding Machine tailored for medical applications. Specifically designed for the medical industry, this machine incorporates micron-level precision injection molding technology, delivering ultra-high-precision molding solutions for microfluidic chips.

The FF30M machine features a highly rigid structure in its clamping unit, which minimizes mold surface deformation and ensures precise control of clamping force. This high injection precision guarantees the quality of molded products.

Additionally, the dual-screw injection unit technology, combined with SDC intelligent direct control, ensures stable material injection and exceptional motion accuracy. The all-electric drive and clean design present a new solution for the medical industry, offering ultra-high precision and clean production processes.

Alongside the FF30M machine, YIZUMI is also showcasing other innovative solutions, including automotive lightweighting, IML for cosmetic soft tube, and multi-material flexible manufacturing.
