Haitian: New injection molding machines reduce energy consumption by 30%
Haitian International prominently showcases its technological advantages in production efficiency and flexible manufacturing.
The on-site presentation features the Zhafir ZE-F Series (Fifth Generation) packaging solution and the Haitian MAV/F PRO servo-hydraulic packaging solution, both making their European debut.
The newly upgraded Zhafir ZE-F Series seamlessly integrates electric and precision injection molding technologies with intelligent equipment concepts, achieving high-speed and efficient production. Its injection speed reaches up to 500 mm/s, and the innovative barrel heating technology can reduce energy consumption by 30%, resulting in an overall energy efficiency of 95%.
Another highlight of the European debut is the Haitian MAV/F PRO injection molding machine, which comes equipped with an integrated RFID access control system, intelligent diagnostics, and an energy lubrication management system. Coupled with infrared heating technology, it can also achieve energy savings of up to 30%.

Victor: Intelligent all-electric blow molding machine makes debut
Victor Machinery’s new all-electric injection blow molding machine combines energy efficiency, low noise, high precision, and smart technology, offering customers a clean and efficient production environment.
The machine features a servo motor and ball screw for mold opening and closing, providing fast speeds, high precision, and enhanced product adaptability. Its three-plate, four-guide pillar linear guide injection platform, combined with closed-loop control for injection and pre-plasticization, ensures excellent product consistency. An optimized correction algorithm enables precise and stable positioning.
Furthermore, the servo motor drives all operations with precision and stability, boosting efficiency by over 10% while reducing energy consumption by more than 20%. Noise levels remain below 75 dB, resulting in a quieter, cleaner, and more comfortable operating environment. Equipped with an IoT module, the machine supports remote monitoring, allowing users to check equipment status anytime, anywhere.

LK: Cost-effective thin-wall packaging IMM with a cycle time of 6s
LK Injection Molding Machine showcases its high-speed models at K 2025, featuring the all-electric ELETTRICA series and a hybrid thin-wall specialized machine. These machines are positioned as cost-effective investment options, equipped with servo technology and high-efficiency drive systems to reduce energy consumption and shorten the molding cycle time for plastic packaging.
The ELETTRICA platform supports the OPC-UA protocol, enabling seamless integration with MES/SCADA systems and third-party auxiliary equipment. This capability effectively reduces the integration workload in existing factories.
At its booth, LK demonstrated the ELS400 high-speed electric injection molding machine, producing 700 ml thin-wall cups from polypropylene (PP) and recycled polypropylene (rPP). The average wall thickness of the product is 0.55 mm, with a molding cycle time of 6 ± 0.5 seconds.
