Tederic launched a new-generation hydraulic high-speed packaging machineNEO·Tf Series – meeting the packaging industry’s growing demand for higher speed, superior quality, and lower energy consumption in thin-wall packaging.

Key features of the new NEO·Tf Series include:

 

  • Shorter cycle times for fast and efficient production: The standard synchronized open-and-store function increases efficiency by up to 20%, significantly shortening cycle times. NEO·Tf is also equipped with a dual-cylinder high-speed injection system, achieving a maximum injection speed of 415 mm/s.

 

  • Reduced downtime for stable and durable production: High-precision proportional valves enable smooth, accurate operation, extending mold life and maintaining stable automation performance. Systematic mechanical reinforcement reduces equipment failure rates by 50%, extends machine lifespan, and lowers maintenance costs.

 

  • Improved yield rate and high product quality: A high-precision, fast-response control and power system, paired with specialized hydraulic and mechanical designs, ensures stable product quality. High-strength toggle structure and an enhanced clamping system deliver more than 20% overload capability, ensuring easier and more consistent molding.

 

  • Clean manufacturing: The dual-cylinder injection system prevents oil-leak issues commonly found in single-cylinder systems. High-precision bypass filtration, self-sealing suction filters, and weld-free piping provide a clean machine environment, which is ideal for food-grade packaging production.

The new series covers three tonnages – 370, 430, and 490. It is ideal for thin-wall, high-speed, and large-volume production scenarios, including:
