A COLINES BUBBLE GUARD BOARD extrusion line has received positive feedback after a year at Turkish company OZER for producing PP-based alveolar sheets for multiple industries including packaging, construction, furniture, automotive and graphic arts.

Since the installation, OZER has fully experienced the potential of the BUBBLE GUARD BOARD technology, combining it with various converting machines to create a wide range of innovative products.
“We are extremely pleased with our BUBBLE GUARD BOARD line and with the results achieved so far. The system has proven to be both reliable and flexible, perfectly matching our production needs,” commented Rasit Özkan Özer, Chairman of OZER.
Building on this success, the company has recently decided to further enhance its production by implementing a retrofit package supplied by COLINES, aimed at increasing efficiency and expanding its product portfolio.
