HDPE pipe production lines are equipment used for manufacturing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, and are widely applied in municipal water supply and drainage, gas transmission, farmland irrigation, and other fields.

Main features

High production efficiency: Some advanced production lines adopt low-melting-point extrusion technology, rapid cooling vacuum systems, etc., which can increase output. For instance, Grace's HDPE pipe extrusion production line can achieve a production capacity of 800-2400kg per hour.

Good product quality: By optimizing the die flow channel structure and precisely controlling the melt temperature, the wall thickness of the pipes can be made uniform, with accurate dimensions, smooth surfaces, and excellent physical properties.

High degree of automation: The entire line is equipped with intelligent systems, enabling remote maintenance and monitoring, as well as formula memory and refined product management, reducing manual operations and enhancing the stability and consistency of production.

Wide range of pipe diameters: Different models of production lines can produce pipes with different diameter ranges, generally covering 16-2700mm, meeting the needs of various application scenarios.
