Colines flagship ALLRollEX technology for in-line coreless roll production

Feb 6, 2026

Colines’ latest generation extrusion line based on its flagship ALLRollEX technology (7-layer, 1.500 mm, 3-up) has empowered Industrias Belen to achieve outstanding performance in the production of in-line coreless rolls.

Colines’ ALLRollEX technology allows outstanding outputs for in-line coreless rolls.

Currently running at Industrias Belen’s headquarters in Bolivia, the line is demonstrating excellent consistency in the production of high-quality in-line coreless machine rolls, reaching outstanding outputs.

Coreless production on the Colines ALLRollEX can be started directly, without involving cardboard cores, and requires a very short set-up time, resulting in a dramatic reduction of production waste.

“We are particularly impressed by the line’s performance, including the possibility to produce in-line coreless hand rolls (2.5 kg) and machine rolls (16 kg) at very high production speeds,” said Gonzalo Arano, CEO of Industrias Belen.

The line is capable of producing both hand and machine coreless rolls. The system is equipped with Mastermind, Colines’ most advanced Artificial Intelligence–based VPA (Virtual Production Assistant).

It also represents the “twin” version of the ALLRollEX line showcased by Colines at K 2025. The line attracted strong interest from attendants and industry professionals thanks to its high level of innovation, exceptional production flexibility, and the superior quality of the rolls produced.

“We are very proud of a new partnership with such a big and renowned player in the area, which confirms the technological leadership of Colines in advanced in-line coreless stretch film production,” added Paolo Masserano, Colines Sales Area Manager for Latin American countries.
