NEO·E350II Pac injection molding machine is specifically developed for thin-wall food packaging industry.

 

Specifically developed for the thin-wall food packaging industry, the machine has servo-driven system with a rapid 5s cycle time, which ensures high repeatability and stable molding quality. This is ideal for high-volume production of items such as ice cream buckets, milk tea cups, and formula lids.

 

Its all-electric design eliminates the risk of hydraulic oil leakage. Equipped with high-precision linear guides on the moving platen, it meets the most stringent hygiene requirements for cleanroom manufacturing.

 

Featuring advanced energy optimization, the machine also reduces energy consumption by over 40%, aligning with green manufacturing strategies.

 

At CHINAPLAS 2026, Tederic will demonstrate a 4-cavity eco-friendly packaging line integrated with IML (In-Mold Labeling) technology. This solution features:
