NGC to showcase four core gearbox series at CHINAPLAS 2026
Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (NGC), with nearly 60 years of expertise in gear transmission, will exhibit a full range of core gearboxes and customized transmission solutions at CHINAPLAS 2026 from April 21 to 24, 2026. Located at Booth 2.2F01, the company will demonstrate its technological heritage and innovative capabilities in transmission systems for plastics and rubber machinery.
During CHINAPLAS 2026, NGC will focus on the transmission needs of core plastics and rubber production equipment, presenting four major series of gearboxes tailored to the entire plastics and rubber manufacturing workflow, delivering efficient and stable drive solutions for downstream enterprises.

The SEPS series gearbox for twin-screw extruders, a flagship product of NGC in the plastics and rubber sector, is developed based on an advanced industrial gearbox technology platform. It integrates key technologies including multi-objective profile modification for high face-ratio gears and near-zero phase difference between dual output shafts. Featuring high load capacity, high transmission efficiency, low vibration and low temperature rise, this series is widely applied in plastic extrusion, compounding and related processes, supporting manufacturers in improving output and product consistency.
Also on display are three additional core products: the RPG-N series gearbox for injection molding machines, the MIP series planetary gearbox for injection molding machines and the MIPH series planetary gearbox for injection molding machines.
The RPG-N series gearbox is designed for general-purpose injection molding machines. Featuring a modular architecture, it delivers high transmission precision, stable operation and easy maintenance, effectively reducing equipment noise and energy consumption.
The MIP and MIPH series planetary injection molding machine gearboxes leverage advanced planetary transmission technology with topology-optimized design. They offer high torque density, compact structure and strong overload resistance, making them suitable for high-end precision injection molding equipment. These solutions support refined production of plastic and rubber products, helping customers enhance productivity and product quality.
