Tederic delivers custom-built ultra-large injection molding machine for BYD
In 2025, Tederic reached a major milestone in its collaboration with BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles, achieving a breakthrough in the scaled and customized delivery of high-end injection molding equipment.

Tederic delivered NEO•M4000v to BYD.
As part of this partnership, Tederic has engineered and is progressively delivering multiple industry-leading, tailor-made machines for BYD, including:
NEO•M4000v – the world's largest known ultra-large vertical rotary turntable multi-color injection molding machine
NEO•M1920v – a large three-color machine with electric injection units
NEO•M3320s – China's largest known horizontal rotary turntable opposing-injection machine
These advanced systems not only fill critical technological gaps in domestic large-tonnage multi-color injection molding but also provide essential technical support for the localized manufacturing of core components in China's new energy vehicle industry.
NEO•M4000v: world's largest vertical rotary turntable multi-color IMM
Recently, NEO·M4000v has been successfully installed at BYD's Guangzhou production base, where it will be used to manufacture full-width front lamp covers for automotive applications.
