In the sectors of food packaging, daily-use packaging, and industrial packaging, customer attention toward blown film equipment has transitioned from a singular emphasis on output capacity to a more comprehensive focus on film quality, equipment stability, and production flexibility.

To accommodate diverse film processing requirements, the Yuexing Intelligent Three-Layer Blown Film Machine supports ABA/ABC three-layer co-extrusion structures. Through adaptable material proportioning and precision control, it satisfies the production demands of a wide variety of film products.

Three-Layer Co-Extrusion Design Enhancing Material Application Flexibility

The equipment enables co-extrusion of various raw materials, including LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE, with independently adjustable layer ratios. Customers can optimize material combinations based on specific product requirements, making it suitable for applications in food packaging, daily chemical packaging, and industrial packaging.

Additionally, the machine achieves film thickness control accuracy within ±5% and a thickness uniformity deviation of less than 3%, reliably meeting the continuous production requirements of medium- to large-scale orders.

Core Configurations Supporting Stable Production

To fulfill the demands of continuous manufacturing, the Yuexing Intelligent Three-Layer Blown Film Machine employs 38CrMoAl alloy screws and barrels, which undergo quenching, tempering, and surface nitriding treatments to enhance the wear resistance of critical components.

Under PE material processing conditions, the service life of the screws can reach 3 to 5 years (subject to specific operating conditions), thereby reducing maintenance frequency and supporting stable equipment operation.

Intelligent Configurations Optimizing Production Management

Taking the TBSY-2000 model as an example, the equipment achieves a maximum production capacity of 200 kg/hr and a maximum take-off speed of 45 m/min, accommodating production needs across different order scales.

Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a machine-specific full-process traceability system, integrated with digital temperature control modules and process parameter storage functions. These features assist customers in optimizing production management and enhancing operational convenience.
