FCS delivers customized electric horizontal rotary table 2K machine to Koito
In July 2026, Ningbo FCS delivered a customized HB-2500R large electric horizontal rotary table multi-component injection molding machine to Koito, the Japan-headquartered, world-leading automotive lighting manufacturer.


Executives from FCS and Koito attended the delivery ceremony, which was held at FCS’ Qianwan facility in China.
Higher production flexibility and stability
The HB-2500R features three electric injection units, including two movable units on the fixed-platen side that support multiple injection center distances.
This configuration increases production flexibility and accommodates different mold structures and material combinations, making it ideal for integrated multi-color and multi-material automotive lighting components.
The machine controller and servo drives for the electric injection units use a unified platform from the same supplier. This improves data transmission speed, communication stability, motion accuracy, and operational smoothness, supporting reliable production of high-precision automotive lighting components.
The HB-2500R combines the injection molding machine control system with a centralized auxiliary equipment control system.
Edge computing improves the processing of large volumes of synchronized data while reducing response delays, signal interference, and control instability. This architecture supports reliable high-speed, high-precision, and continuous production.

With high reliability, stable yield rates, and strong customization capabilities, FCS has become a preferred multi-component machine brand for global customers.
By the end of 2025, cumulative sales of FCS two-component machines had reached US$805 million, with 6,610 units delivered, including more than 1,381 medium- and large-tonnage machines for automotive applications.
