At Fakuma 2026, PiovanGroup will present its integrated portfolio from its Piovan, Pelletron, Piovan Fdm and Thermal Care brands, covering conveying, dedusting, drying, dosing, quality control, industrial cooling, temperature control, process supervision, and lifecycle services.

Innovations for greater efficiency, quality and process control

The new E-Dryer is a compact, desiccant-wheel dehumidifier designed for small production batches. Its integrated hopper configuration minimizes the unit's footprint. It provides a stable dew point of up to −40°C and does not require compressed air or a cooling water connection, simplifying installation and maintenance.

Designed for central conveying systems operating under permanent vacuum, the new Multilink automatic coupling station supports configurations with up to 27 inlets and 20 simultaneous outlets. Its modular design allows the system to be expanded as production requirements evolve. By automating source-to-destination connections, Multilink enables reliable changeovers without manual intervention.

For the production of plastic medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging, Quantum Med combines high-precision gravimetric blending with a design optimized for cleanability and rapid material changeovers, while supporting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Easily removable components, stainless steel contact surfaces, and integration with Piovan’s Winfactory 4.0 process supervision software support error-proof setup and batch traceability.

The Accuchiller NQ Series is Thermal Care’s new generation of portable and packaged industrial chillers, integrating a compact footprint, low-GWP refrigerants, PLC-based control, high-performance scroll compressors, and compact microchannel condensers into a single system.

Integrating global innovation

Under the theme Integrating Global Innovation, PiovanGroup will also showcase technologies from its brands:

• Piovan’s HandlinkEVO, a manual coupling station featuring RFID identification and LED operator guidance to support error-proof operation;

• Piovan Fdm’s FG200 Series, a configurable range of vacuum receivers featuring different filtration systems for free-flowing granules, flakes, and microgranules;

• Pelletron’s XP15 DeDuster, designed to remove dust and streamers from plastic pellets in plastics manufacturing and compounding applications;

• Piovan’s Modula, a multi-hopper drying system that independently adjusts airflow and operating parameters for each connected hopper;

• Thermal Care’s Easytherm range for temperature control, including the pressurized Easytherm EP and open-system Easytherm EW models; and

• Piovan’s Winfactory 4.0, process supervision software supporting automatic recipe management, batch traceability, KPI monitoring, and long-term data retention.

Furthermore, the medical technology area will feature the DPA compressed-air dryer in a medical configuration, paired with Moisture Med for moisture measurement, as well as a Pureflo filterless vacuum receiver combined with Ryng for real-time monitoring of material consumption and production throughput.

For recycling applications, Piovan will showcase InspectaBe for benzene detection and VOC Minder for real-time, in-line monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Pelletron Demo Days: Live dedusting tests during Fakuma week

In addition, Pelletron Europe will open its Bodnegg facility to visitors by appointment during Fakuma week. Located approximately 20 minutes from the Friedrichshafen exhibition center, the facility will host live dedusting tests in Pelletron’s laboratory using either customer-supplied materials or selected materials already available on-site.
