ALPLA is launching a recyclable foam dispenser pump made with mono-material polypropylene (PP) for personal care and pharma products.

We can offer our customers a tailor-made, durable and, for the first time, recyclable solution for foamers," announced Sree Hari R Nair, Global Head of Business Pumps and Devices at ALPLAinject.

Following the successful pilot phase, ALPLA intends to work with anchor customers for commercial production.

The injection molding division ALPLAinject will be presenting this foamer pump with twistlock function at Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai from October 6 to 8, 2026.

Completely metal free

This patented foam dispenser pump system is made of mono-material PP, which is recyclable after use. It only weighs only 25 grams for a standard version. With the twistlock function, the pump saves space during transport and on the shelf.

The system is suitable for bottles with various volume sizes. It is available in a standard version and allows for a wide range of customizations. Customers can individually choose the color and shape of the head and closure and reduce the ecological footprint through the use of post-consumer recycled material (PCR).
