Live demo at Fakuma 2026: BOLE Europe to present two injection molding machines
At Fakuma 2026, BOLE Europe will present two different approaches to modern, energy-efficient injection molding – the fully electric FE 100 injection molding machine and the compact DK 200 two-platen injection molding machine.

BOLE’s DK 200 two-platen injection molding machine.
Held under the slogan “Two Technologies. One Goal. Maximum Efficiency.”, BOLE’s focus will be on energy efficiency, process precision, repeatability and reducing the manufacturing cost per good part.
Fully electric FE 100: Precision and efficiency
BOLE’s fully electric FE 100 uses independent electric drives that enables precise control of individual machine movements and ensures that energy is used only when it is actually required during each process step.
This results in low energy consumption, high control accuracy and excellent cycle-to-cycle repeatability. Precise control of both the injection unit and the clamping unit helps maintain stable process parameters, which is particularly important in the production of technically demanding molded parts.
Electric drive technology also enables fast and dynamic machine movements, supporting short cycle times. At the same time, the FE 100 operates quietly and cleanly, making it well suited to modern production environments where energy consumption, process cleanliness, noise levels and working conditions are all important factors.
DK 200: High performance in compact two-platen design
DK 200 two-platen design enables high clamping force combined with compact machine dimensions. The reduced length of the clamping unit supports efficient use of available production space. This is an advantage both when planning new production lines and when modernizing existing production facilities.
The DK 200 combines a compact machine design with energy-efficient drive technology, high process stability and strong industrial production performance. Efficient force transmission within the two-platen clamping unit, together with its overall design, allows effective use of the available mold space and makes the machine particularly suitable for applications involving larger molds where floor space is limited.
Another important element of the DK concept is the energy efficiency of its servo-hydraulic drive system. The hydraulic system output is adapted to the actual demand of each process step. This helps reduce energy losses compared with older hydraulic systems using continuously operating pumps.
