New Product Launch | YIZUMI FS Series Electric IMM

Nov 5, 2026

Electrification is a key technology trend in the injection molding industry's move toward higher-end manufacturing. However, the high cost of electric injection molding machines has put them out of reach for many small and medium-sized manufacturers, leaving a gap between hydraulic and all-electric solutions.

To address this need, YIZUMI launches the FS Series Electric Injection Molding Machine, combining the core advantages of all-electric machines with a price point between high-end hydraulic and all-electric models, making electrification more accessible to traditional manufacturers.

01

| Efficiency

Redefining Cycle Times Through Electric Servo Motor

The FS Series uses direct drive from electric servo motor, eliminating energy losses and response delays associated with hydraulic power transmission. With a shorter power transmission path and more direct actuation, machine movements become faster and more responsive.

Compared with hydraulic injection molding machines, the FS Series delivers significantly faster mold opening and closing, shorter dry cycle time, 53%–90% higher injection speed than servo-hydraulic machines, and 15%–37% higher screw recovery speeds than hydraulic machines. Its ability to synchronize multiple axes further reduces overall cycle times.

02

| Precision

A Key Leap Forward in Electrification

The FS Series replaces conventional hydraulic control with an electric servo-driven closed-loop control system, delivering over 10 times greater injection control precision than hydraulic machines.

Standard long holding-pressure function supports both thin-wall and thick-wall molding. The FS Series features an integrated dual-layer injection unit support structure and dual linear guides for both injection and carriage movement, reducing friction and energy consumption while delivering faster response and more precise control.

With low-speed injection control as precise as 0.2 mm/s, the FS Series is also suitable for thick-wall optical applications.

03

| Energy-Saving

Reshaping the Cost of Production

Energy-saving is more than an environmental consideration. For manufacturers, energy consumption is a daily operating expense and a recurring cost throughout a machine’s lifecycle.

The FS Series uses servo motors to drive injection, screw recovery and mold opening and closing, optimizing energy conversion at the source. Its standard fully enclosed thermal insulation cover reduces heat loss and delivers up to 40% energy savings compared with conventional insulation covers.

04

| Intelligence

Built on an Electric Foundation

Built on an electric platform, the FS Series comes standard with KEBA control system and a 15-inch full-color LCD, providing a reliable foundation for intelligent machine functions.

  • Intelligent Weight V/P Control: YIZUMI's core R&D achievement for all models, improves product weight repeatability.

  • Intelligent Clamping Force Optimization: Automatically maintains an appropriate clamping force, reducing manual intervention and improving molding stability.

  • Proactive Maintenance Reminder: Monitors key components and provides preventive maintenance reminders to help identify potential issues early, extend machine service life and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.

05

| Leading the Evolution from Hydraulic to Electric

As manufacturers face growing pressure to upgrade, electrification is the clear direction for the injection molding industry. The challenge is making it accessible.

The YIZUMI FS Series Electric Injection Molding Machine bridges this gap, bringing the benefits of electric drive—efficiency, precision, energy savings and intelligent control—to more manufacturers.
