PlastiVation Machinery GmbH transitioned to the strategic ownership of Tederic Machinery, a leading Chinese injection molding machine manufacturer, in April 2024. The company has just announced the appointment of Thomas Strecker as its new managing director.

This strategic leadership change sets to assume greater responsibilities as an independent entity within the Tederic Group, the company explains. The company will now oversee the sales of the Tederic “NEO series” in the Benelux region, expanding its existing sales territories which include Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Strecker has over 25 years of experience in sales management within the DACH region and global key accounts in the plastics industry. Since joining PlastiVation as Vice President of Sales in summer 2023, Strecker has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales strategy and growth.

“I am excited to lead PlastiVation as Managing Director. The positive order trends this year inspire confidence, bolstered by our strong ‘Customer Care’ approach. As we take on more responsibility within the Tederic Group, we are committed to evolving our company’s strategy and continuing PlastiVation’s success story,” says Strecker.

Founded in 2021, PlastiVation was previously managed by a Luxembourg-based investment fund.
