Haitian International is kicking off K 2025 with the motto “Level Up!” This year, the focus is on delivering hands-on advantages in productivity, flexibility, and future-oriented opportunities within the Haitian Group.

At this year's K Fair, Haitian's Zhafir brand will introduce the all-new electric fifth-generation Zeres F, designed specifically for packaging applications, alongside the latest generation of Zeres tailored for medical packaging.

Meanwhile, Haitian Plastics Machinery, Haitian’s brand for servo-hydraulic injection molding machines, will showcase the new high-speed MAV/F Pro Series and a two-platen Jupiter Series.

Both the Zhafir Zeres Medical and the Haitian Jupiter are now integrated with Haitian’s MES “GoFactory,” which is included as a standard feature with each machine.

Notably, this will mark the first live demonstration in Europe of both the electric Zhafir Zeres F and the servo-hydraulic Haitian MAV/F PRO.

Zhafir Zeres F Series

The new generation of the proven Zhafir Zeres F Series combines electrical precision and an intelligent machine concept with high-speed.

Technical highlights include injection speeds of up to 500 mm/s, motion sequences of up to 1,300 mm/s, and AI-supported tool monitoring that detects deviations of 0.01 mm in less than 0.05 seconds. A new cylinder heating technology reduces energy consumption by up to 30%. The ZE-F Series achieves an efficiency of up to 95%.

Live at the trade fair, the ZE-F Series will showcase a 500 ml food container with a 4 cavity mold including a fully integrated IML cell, was developed entirely in-house – made by Haitian Smart Solutions.

The all-new electrical Zhafir Zeres Packaging machine will premiere at K 2025, including a complete Haitian IML automation.

Haitian MAV/F PRO Series

The new Haitian MAV/F PRO Series is based on the successful Haitian platform and has been further developed specifically for economical high-performance applications in the packaging sector.

With an injection speed of 800 mm/s, FEM-optimized plates, and a servo-driven plasticizing unit, it offers a robust and durable solution for fast cycle times and high quantities. RFID-based access, intelligent diagnostics, and energy and lubricant management are integrated as standard. In combination with infrared heating, energy savings of up to 30% can be achieved.

At K 2025, the production of a 2-liter round container (PP) in a 2-cavity mold with a cycle time of 5.0 seconds will be demonstrated. Here, too, a comprehensively integrated automation concept with Sepro linear robots and auxiliaries from Haitian Smart Solutions is being used.

The new Haitian MAV/F PRO Series is developed specifically for economical high-performance packaging applications.
