Automated systems to enhance efficiency

With fully automatic clamping system, the UWP Underwater Pelletizer can operate feeding and clamping in full automation, enhancing operation efficiency by more than 70%, thus effectively improving speed and efficiency of pelletizing operations.

Another automatic system is the self-cleaning water filter. With filtration precision reaching 100 mesh, the filter can automatically separate and collect impurities such as dust and debris. Also, it does not require filtration consumables, which reduces production cost.

Breakthrough in sustainability and intelligent technology

Apart from its high performance, UWP Intelligent Underwater Pelletizer also takes sustainability into consideration. Operated by clean energy, the pelletizer reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional equipment.

The closed loop water system also reduces wastewater discharge and emissions, avoids dust and VOC emissions. This targets the environmental challenge of producing material with odor, such as ABS, PS and POM.

In addition, the self-cleaning water filter collects dust and debris to allow water reuse of more than 95%.

In terms of breakthrough in intelligent technology, UWP Intelligent Underwater Pelletizer features deep integration of industrial-grade Ethernet structure and intelligent software platform to achieve remote online maintenance, system diagnosis and upgrade, formula management and more technological functions. Apart from reducing production cost, this integration also brings a full solution, from equipment operation to processing innovation, into the manufacturing industry of Industry 4.0 period.

Applications

The UWP Intelligent Underwater Pelletizer meets granulation demands for multiple polymers, from TPU, bio-degradable material, engineering plastics, hot-melt adhesives and PET, to color masterbatches.

The pelletizer has been certified the European Union’s CE marking and the DUNS, and has been widely used in European, Middle-east, Australian, and Southeast Asian markets.
