At K 2025, the Italian company will showcase an array of high-tech solutions, digital innovation, and sustainable industrial strategies aligned with Industry 5.0.

 

Seamless embossing roll changeover on PVC calenders

 

A highly efficient system for smooth and rapid embossing roll changeover is now available on COMERIO ERCOLE PVC calenders. The changeover operates during production without line stopping, offering the benefits of minimized waste and improved OEE. Automatic pick-up and unloading ensure maximum operator safety.

Industry-first embossing technology for PVC films

 

COMERIO ERCOLE has launched a special calendering concept for the embossing of flexible PVC films. This system enables in-line double-sided texturing using engraved rolls, which is a first in the industry, unlocking decorative and functional designs previously unachievable.

 

Demonstration samples are being produced on COMERIO ERCOLE internal R&D pilot line to showcase the aesthetic potential of this process. Target sectors include interior design, automotive, and fashion vinyls.

 

AI-powered sustainability performance tracking tool

 

Derived from the SMARTHERCULES digital platform, CELEMETRY is the newest sustainability performance tracking tool from COMERIO ERCOLE.

 

This AI-powered web application enables real-time CO₂ footprint monitoring, tracking electricity, gas, and water consumption directly from the production line. Designed for CSRD-compliant sustainability reporting, CELEMETRY transforms production data into actionable ESG insights and enhances post-sales value with predictive analytics and remote services.
