Arkema to impress with sustainable innovations at K 2025

Arkema, a global leader in specialty materials, will present itself under the theme "Innovating for a Sustainable Future” at K 2025, highlighting its cutting-edge solutions and technologies for sustainability.

At K 2025, Arkema will show its sustainable innovations under the theme “Innovating for a Sustainable Future”.

 

The Group will focus on five key strategic areas, demonstrating its commitment to advancing sustainability and meeting the evolving needs of the global market. The focused areas include:

Visitors to K fair will discover a comprehensive selection of expert brands from Arkema, addressing the latest challenges in polymer processing, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing.

 

High-performance polymers

 

Arkema will showcase its latest innovations in high-performance polymers, including the expansion of Kynar PVDF production capacity in the United States, the launch of its new brand Zenimid for the ultra-high-performance polyimide range, and a major investment in a Rilsan Clear transparent polyamide unit in Singapore, which will triple its global production capacity and is planned to be operational in the first quarter of 2026. 

 

Organic peroxides Luperox

 

Arkema’s Luperox range includes curing agents and initiators designed for efficient crosslinking and polymerization of thermoplastics, elastomers, and thermosets. These organic peroxides play a critical role in enhancing processing performance and product durability.

 

Plastic additives

 

A list of specialty additives tailored to improve the performance and processing of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins:

  • Durastrength: impact modifiers for durable, weather-resistant applications.

  • Clearstrength: low temperature impact modifier for PVC, Engineering and Thermosetting resins applications.
