JCTIMES: Intelligent die heads for enhanced speed and stability

JCTIMES showcases its innovative use of AI algorithms to boost film production efficiency. The company’s IM System is an integrated precision die head that combines servo motor technology with intelligent control. By optimizing production processes through AI algorithms, JCTIMES improves efficiency remarkably compared to traditional processes.

This solution features an intelligent operating interface for real-time monitoring of production data and automatic parameter optimization, significantly lowering the skill requirements for operators. It is particularly well-suited for dark factories and unmanned shop floors.

Notably, the IM System electric micro-adjustment lithium battery separator die head enhances production efficiency, making it ideal for the smart manufacturing of high-precision, high-value-added products, such as battery separators and optical films, while maintaining the quality of the final output.

Chen Hsong: AI Molder debuts to transform injection molding

At this year's K Fair, Chen Hsong launches its AI Molder, an intelligent adjustment system that provides smart guidance throughout the entire production process—from trial molding to mass production. This innovation upgrades the traditionally experience-based adjustment process to a standardized, replicable digital workflow that even beginners can easily manage.

The AI Molder reduces the time and number of machine adjustments for new molds by 60% to 80%. If defects arise during the trial molding phase, the system can automatically set parameters to address these issues, analyze root causes, and adjust parameters until the product meets standards.
