RadiciGroup showcases polymer solutions for e-Mobility at K Fair

Oct 14, 2025

RadiciGroup showcase its latest innovative polyamide polymers and engineering polymer solutions at K 2025. The company emphasizes its capability to provide tailored materials and services across various industrial sectors, including automotive—with a special focus on e-mobility.

In the e-mobility sector, RadiciGroup plays a pivotal role in developing innovative and sustainable materials aimed at enhancing the performance and safety of electric vehicles (EVs).

Visitors at K Fair can explore RadiciGroup AutoInsight, a digital tool that allows them to navigate a car in 3D and visualize all components made from the company’s materials.

At the RadiciGroup booth, visitors can discover the latest advancements in orange-colored materials designed for high-voltage components. The company also presents a range of flame-retardant polyamides that are free from halogens and red phosphorus, offering significant processing advantages during injection molding.

RadiciGroup has expanded its line of flame-retardant, halogen-free PBT products (Radiflam B) to include a version with enhanced hydrolysis resistance. These products are crucial for applications involving the thermal management of batteries and power electronic systems.

Other industries highlighted by the company include:

  • Photovoltaics: Featuring a line of red-phosphorus flame-retardant polyamide 66 products (Radiflam A). Two grades have been developed to address multiple requirements, including low-temperature impact strength, retention of properties during prolonged outdoor exposure, and a significant reduction in the corrosion of metal contact.

  • Home Appliances: Showcasing halogen-free polyamides that exhibit excellent mechanical properties and resistance to hydrolysis. These materials meet the necessary standards for appliances operating without supervision (IEC 60335).

In terms of sustainability, RadiciGroup is expanding both the Bionside range of materials sourced from renewable resources and the Renycle range of mechanically recycled materials. This expansion includes specialized high-performance versions, such as flame-retardant grades. These innovative products are showcased through an electric vehicle battery module displayed at the booth.
